Over 30 years’ experience in a highly successful international career spanning North and South America, Asia, Bermuda and the Caribbean, Europe, Africa and the Middle East based upon proven consultancy, project delivery and product management expertise.

His key skills are in the fields of Project and Programme management, Cloud Service Delivery, security and infrastructure planning and deployment. He has extensive experience of IT re-hosting and has held lead positions in IT service development and roll out and implementation projects, including new office construction. He has managed major organisational change projects to successful outcomes, implemented e-commerce solutions, security compliance, implementing strategic contract novations and infrastructure roll out. He is used to presenting and briefing across organisations to ministerial and CEO level.

He is very confident leading IT development, bid management and implementation projects, as well in staff coaching and development. Specific expertise includes defining bid/delivery strategies, implementing change management processes and process re-engineering, architecture reviews, executing due diligence projects, leading cost reduction diagnostics, and delivering cost reduction programmes with the associated benefits management activities.

Proven experience of national and international/global markets gained in a variety of IT and Infrastructure roles, which compliment both his product and project management expertise. During many years of overseas work assignments, he has gathered an understanding of working with diverse peoples and cultures, whilst successfully integrating himself within these cultures. He brings a diverse and broad range of experiences and understanding to his work, which very much enhances its quality and results delivered.

Brian Thompson

Brian Thompson has extensive Games experience in IT/IP Telephony as on-site Program Manager for Avaya at the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics, and Network Operations Manager for Eurodesign at the Baku 2015 Euro Games Brian has over 25 years’ experience in the IT/Telephony field, working with major commercial clients on global enterprise-level complex project deployments Brian was identified by Avaya early in his career for special management training to accelerate his management and communications skills. Brian’s International MBA is dual-degree: Global MBA, as well as International Relations emphasis Brian has significant international work / residency / travel experience.

Jeyhun Bunyatov

Jeyhun Bunyatov is a proven PM specialising in mobile, broadcast and cable networks. He has ten plus years experience and expertise delivering these services in Middle Asia and the fringes of main land Europe. He is a completer finisher who focuses on operational hand over and acceptance testing to ensure that support teams and clients receive services that meet their requirements. Through global project deliveries, he has gathered an understanding of working with diverse people and cultures. Bring a broad range of experiences and understanding to his work, which very much enhances its quality. Able to work alone or as part of a team, is customer focused, a creative thinker who provides a structured methodology to planning and scheduling of projects. Proven ability to work in multi cultural environments, promoting co-operation and enforcing strict deadlines. Provides a link between technical teams and business reporting into Board level.

Ugur Kilic

Ugur Kilic has over 18 years cross-functional combined and diverse experience delivering ‘Out of the Ordinary’ projects and programs across the Public and Private sectors. His major events delivery experience is extensive covering most areas of IT, Telecoms and Broadcast services. Ugur has developed and managed fixed telecom technology operational plan for the inaugural Baku European Games. Previously, delivered technology solutions for the Erzurum 2011 winter games as an ICT Director. A true team player, Ugur is a skilled projects and programs manager with significant operations experience committed to working with his clients to deliver pragmatic solutions to their most challenging of problems in extremely aggressive project environment.
